Michael has spent the past 40 years buying and selling industrial machinery. He grew up working in the family’s industrial machinery business, “Walter Haas Machinery”, buying and selling industrial metal, wood and plastic machinery. Michael is revered as one of North America most knowledgeable “industrial machinery experts.” He has used his expertise to help business owners, bankers and trustees refinance and reorganize over leveraged companies.
Glenn Miller is a former bank executive who brings a wealth of corporate experience. He has acquired extensive knowledge in business development, M & A, re-structuring, strategic planning and the optimization of company performance. Glenn’s former advisory and board seats include: S.T.I.Q., Rideau, CO7 Limited, Miazzi Ventures, Poste-A-Tout, Poste Continental, Expert Medic, Global Medic, Montréal Association for the Blind, Lac St-Victor Holdings, and Ethicor Financial Services. Glenn joined CIACPCC Inc on January 1st 2003 as Executive Vice-President and is a partner in the firm.
Gisele has been with CIA for the past 26 years. She is a McGill University Accounting Graduate.
Nicolas is responsible for all online and off-line advertising and marketing communications.
Christian has 15 years experience as an auctioneer and appraiser. He specializes in the heavy equipment, metalworking, wood products, computers and food processing equipment industries.
Nicolas Beauchamp – Account Manager
Nicolas was recently hired to develop the Québec ABL market as well as
manage the existing ABL portfolio. He is a graduate of the University of
Sherbrooke with a Masters degree in Finance. Nicolas’ experienced
background has been one of a diversified entrepreneur. He has been an
assistant golf professional and holds his CPGA cards since year 2000
Bertrand Moisan, T.E.E.F., B.B.A., É.A., working experience over the last 19 years has enabled him to broaden competencies in a wide variety of real estate appraisal and market analysis situations, involving all types of real estate product. His technical training, as a TEEF and EA, along with his academic foundation as a BBA, are key contributors to his ability to undertake a variety of appraisal challenges. The mandates have involved a range of purpose, property type and client profile, often serving financial institutions, insurance companies and private corporations.
Valda has been a part of the CIA family for 12 years. She manages office activities as both receptionist and secretary.
